This has to be screwed onto the valve on the base, the hose adapter itself doesn't have to be screwed, but plugged, due to the "PLUG"-system.

ATTENTION:
This INOX hose adapter can ONLY be employed as a replacement for the hose adapter, which is already attached to the base of the INOX "Gastro" hookah. It is NOT capeable to upgrade the hookah to have two hose connections, because it doesn't have a valve ball.
