Madera Cast - Pluto

Kaya MADERA Shishas are water pipes with a modern material combination of stainless steel, borosilicate glass, solid wood and epoxy resin. The main components of the MADERA smoke column set that come into contact with water or steam are made of stainless INOX steel. The MADERA CAST is a speciality in which sensitive wood is completely dispensed with. Instead, we use high-quality cast synthetic resin for the base cladding and the foot. The artistic resin cladding for base and shaft as well as the base of the glass is manufactured in our own workshop in Germany.

The Kaya MADERA CAST is supplied ready to smoke for one user, but can be converted for use with two people in no time at all.

Special features of the MADERA CAST edition

EPOXY MANTLE - The stainless steel set is embedded in an artistic cladding of coloured and cast synthetic resin (epoxy). The resin is processed by our employees on site. Each hookah has an individual, production-related grain and is therefore unique.

EPOXIDE RESIN FINISHING - The wooden components of the hookah set are finished by inserts made of coloured epoxy resin. The attractive epoxy surfaces are coloured and cast by hand at Kaya Shisha. The special casting process means that no two hookahs look the same. As a result, in addition to the wood grain, each hookah bears another hallmark of individuality, quality and true craftsmanship.

BASE - The base is made in the style of a closed chamber base, which means it has a small internal volume. This design makes it easier to draw in fresh smoke or to puff out stale or burnt-tasting smoke after long smoke breaks. The base is equipped with two 18.8 hose connections. One connection is ready for use with an 18.8 hose adapter. The other is closed with an 18.8 valve cap (valve ball included). Unlike other INOX models, this can easily be pulled off and replaced with another 18.8 hose adapter to use the hookah with two people.

SMOKE STEM - At the top of the smoke stem is a sleeve with 18.8 mm standard ground joint. This is required for the use of molasses catchers made of glass. A matching 18.8 ground joint adapter with O-rings is included. The rings serve as a buffer zone and protect the sensitive glass inserts from possible stress and heat damage.

IMMERSION TUBE - The immersion tube has a length of approximately 115 mm (with diffuser approx. 145 mm). It has an internal thread for connection to the base and an external thread for installation of the diffuser included in the delivery. The diffuser has the function of distributing the smoke over a large area and at the same time reduces the noise level when smoking.

BOWL with CAST BASE - The shisha glass made of borosilicate glass is heavy and stable. The stability is supported by the round, wide stand made of epoxy with a diameter of approx. 200 mm. A stainless steel thread is already pre-glued.

ACCESSORIES - The hookah comes with an easy-to-clean silicone hose, an aluminium mouthpiece and a ceramic tobacco bowl with a silicone base, a heat manager and stainless steel coal tongs. The delivery also includes a black carrying bag for the hookah. The bag has compartments on the inside of the lid to store mouthpieces etc. and dividers with Velcro to adjust the size of the compartments. A shoulder strap is included.
